Dear Parents,
Welcome to another school year! My name is Miss Viens; I will be
your child’s third grade teacher for the 2009-2010 school year. I would
just like to notify you of all the papers that were sent home with your child today.
Sent home are, 2 emergency cards, a Free/ Reduced Lunch Form, Classroom Rules, Field
Trip Permission Slip, and a Photo Release Form. Please be aware, if the photo release form is not filled
out, your child will not be able to appear in photos, or taped school productions. Please be sure to fill out all areas that
are highlighted on this form. All these documents must be returned to
me as soon as possible. If you need to contact me for any reason at all, please
